Packaging is brand new and shows minor shelf wear. Cardback has some wear on the back and along the edges. Item is sealed and unopened. Cardback is unpunched with original tab. Below plastic bubble has on the bottom left and bottom center a paint mark of some kind (brown) . This is shown in the main photo along the bottom.

Item has been well taken care of over the years and is in remarkable condition for the age.
