Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

During times of high volume, especially holiday times, we may need to take an additional 1-2 days to process and ship your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

If you live in Connecticut, within 10 miles of Prospect, CT - we may be able to deliver locally to you for free. This option may be exercised in any free shipping promo if you are close by. ( Delivery by car or van )

In-store / Local pickup (updated 11/20/2025 )

 Local pickup options are available at checkout. We ask that you pickup the order within 3 days of purchase, and you may come into our 105 Waterbury Road Prospect, CT location anytime we are open with proper ID.

Most orders are ready for pickup within 24 hours. If you need it sooner, just call us at the number above or email us at questions@blueberry-cat.com

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping YET. We will soon.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at questions@blueberry-cat.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you need to ship to a PO Box, please select a USPS service, otherwise it is possible your order will be delayed or cancelled.
